Everybody makes mistakes…it happens, it’s just part of life. But this one I’m pretty bummed about. All of my senior clients receive a session guide from me that helps them prepare for ‘what to expect’ and ‘what to wear’ or ‘what to bring’, etc. But for some reason, I failed to click the little ‘check box’ in my studio management software that would send this information to Heather. Although she brought an awesome wardrobe with her, we didn’t get an opportunity to incorporate the other major part of her life – cheerleading and softball. If I were to have written ‘one word to describe Heather’, I probably would have said ‘DRIVEN’. She really has it together. College bound and already accepted to Grand Canyon University, Heather said she wants to go to school for medicine. Wow…ok, great! But the next question really surprised me when she told me that she already knows what field of medicine she wants to specialize in!
