Yeah, yeah…my friends gave me a some grief because I took my lil guy to Tulip Festival last week in Woodburn. The day after he had the 24 hour stomach bug. And yeah, maybe you should report me to children’s services because I had dragged him down to Jamison Square the day before the 24 hour stomach bug to enjoy the sunshine we had last week. But hey, you tell me if it looks like he’s upset and not enjoying himself. It’s very rare that I can get either of my kids out for some decent images, let alone, by myself!

We had a blast and he was pooped at the end, but it’s not ALL about the flowers at the Woodburn Tulip Festival. I even ran into a client and met some new photogs while I was out there too!

That was her mom’s comment when we were 15 minutes into our photo session and this little charmer wanted nothing to do with the urban outdoors. So, when all else fails, go to where they feel comfortable! Believe it or not, this family sold their house a month ago – 2 days after it was listed! And, yes – they got their asking price!

So, when we talked about the photo shoot, I asked if there was anything particular about their current digs that they wanted to capture and remember with their daughter. A resounding no!Ok, so we start off at a location just outside of the Pearl district, and literally, not more than 20 minutes later, we were back at their condo in the Pearl. Lucky for us, it actually worked! “All I want is one picture of her smiling.” Well, Becky, I think we got it – and then some. I just had to include this last shot, even though it wasn’t the ‘last’ it was clear, where we were heading once this happened!
