The day after he had the 24 hour stomach bug. And yeah, maybe you should report me to children’s services because I had dragged him down to Jamison Square the day before the 24 hour stomach bug to enjoy the sunshine we had last week. But hey, you tell me if it looks like he’s upset and not enjoying himself. It’s very rare that I can get either of my kids out for some decent images, let alone, by myself!

We had a blast and he was pooped at the end, but it’s not ALL about the flowers at the Woodburn Tulip Festival. I even ran into a client and met some new photogs while I was out there too!

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a blog way back when I first photographed these girls for their dad’s birthday present two years ago, but this time, dad came along and we got a chance to get some great family portraits. It was literally pouring down rain when I headed down to the studio just before their shoot.

But, just as all my sessions lately, I got lucky again and it cleared up just in time for us to get out of the confines of the studio for a few urban shots downtown.

These girls were major troopers. 10 minutes into getting downtown, the timer was ticking on the hunger clock. But they hung in their like champs to get some great shots!

Enjoy!
